This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling your RentTrackr subscription and requesting refunds.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log into your RentTrackr account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Click on 'Subscription' or 'Billing'
- Follow the cancellation instructions
Cancellation Timing
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all features until that time.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available if:
- You cancel within 30 days of your initial subscription
- You experience technical issues that prevent service use
- We fail to deliver promised features
- You are charged incorrectly due to our error
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our billing support team
- Provide your account details and reason for refund
- We will review your request within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days

Processing Time
5-10 business days for review and approval
Bank Processing
Additional 3-5 business days for bank processing
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions canceled after 30 days
- Usage-based charges already incurred
- Third-party service fees
- Custom development or consulting services
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on unused service time or specific circumstances.
Note
Partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis for the remaining subscription period.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank, the following consequences apply:
- Your account may be immediately suspended
- We may dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation
- Future payment methods may be restricted
Account Termination
When your subscription is canceled, the following will occur:
- Access to premium features will be removed
- Your data will be retained for 90 days
- You can export your data during this period
Reinstatement
You may reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account and updating your payment method.
